An international civic architecture designed to be trusted, not merely admired.
Beauville SEZ operates under the Managed Autonomy Model: sovereignty remains with the host nation, governance responsibilities are distributed among sponsor nations, and daily life is bound by a strict, Singapore-inspired rule of law. The details are in the fiction — and still being written.
THE OFFICIAL SEAL OF BEAUVILLE SEZ
How authority is divided
Sponsor nations coordinate under the Managed Autonomy Model, each holding a defined mandate — security, education, public health, capital. The host nation retains full sovereignty and final veto over every core decision.
A code with no exceptions
A Singapore-modeled legal code applies the moment residents arrive — clearly stated, strictly enforced, no exceptions. Commercial and civil disputes are handled through international arbitration, agreed to by the host nation itself.
฿Beau Dollar
Beau Dollar (฿ BD) is Beauville's official currency, introduced to anchor a functioning internal economy from the SEZ's founding. There is no physical cash — every Beau Dollar exists as a digital bank balance (aside from limited-edition commemorative coins).
Seven years, one path
Any resident with seven years of good standing and consistent contribution earns a globally recognized work permit — a route out, not a life sentence. It's the mechanism the SEZ's designers call its "self-financing" promise to sponsor nations.
