Why the permanent fee is set where it is
฿5,000 is not a small number inside Beauville's economy — and that's deliberate. This isn't a button you click without thinking. It's meant to take time, effort, and a bit of accumulated history with the place before you get there. The size of the number is the point.
Building toward ฿5,000
Beau Dollar comes from doing things, not from a wallet you fill once. Registering as a Beauville E-Resident earns a starting balance, with a larger pioneer bonus for early residents. Reading each chapter of the novel adds more. Entering the flag design competition adds more still. Apply for E-Residency to start earning.
A civic record, not a legal one
This is a fictional institution inside a fictional zone. It carries no legal weight anywhere in the real world. What it offers is a place in Beauville's civic record — two names, entered together, in a story that takes the act of choosing someone seriously, whoever that someone is.
